Employee Benefits Integration
Imagine this scenario:
- You enter a new employee in your payroll system
- Based on a schedule you set, that employee receives an e-mail or phone call from a Bespoke Benefits licensed insurance agent to review the employee benefits package they are eligible for and any necessary enrollment materials.
- The employee returns those enrollment materials to Bespoke Benefits and you (or your HR staff) are alerted to the plans they've enrolled in and the monthly deductions.
- You terminate an employee in your payroll system
- That employee is automatically terminated from all employee benefits insurance plan
- That employee is automatically sent all State or Federal COBRA notifications
- If the employee elects to enroll in COBRA all billing is handled by a third party and payments are remitted to the employer
